Obtaining support by using the Message Center is the fastest, most predictable way to obtain support throughout the day. Your message is sent DIRECTLY to our support staff and answered in the order that they are received. Support by this method is 100% free and included with all paid services. You can also use the Message Center to send project and billing correspondence as well.
Our Support Center contains written tutorials, documentation, and step-by-step guides for using our platform and its applications. You can launch the Support Center by signing into your account and launching it from your Dashboard. You can search for what you are looking for by simply typing in keywords and pressing ENTER on your keyboard.
All applications on our platform contain video tutorials within the applications themselves. Look for a circle with a question mark at the top right of any of our applications. Clicking on this icon will launch the tutorial for whichever screen you are in. You can also access all of our video tutorials from inside of the Support Center.
We provide complimentary phone support for all paid services from 9am to 5pm EST. When calling, please be ready to describe the exact issue, problem, or question you have in order for our support representative to have the best chances of assisting you. If you are receiving an error on your screen, the representative will need the exact error message you are receiving. Please remember to be courteous and patient as we work hard to find the best solutions and answers for you.
If you are experiencing a service outage, or have an issue that is truly time sensitive, you can contact our support response team 24/7 via e-mail. Please note that issues that are non-outages will be evaluated for urgency, and may not be responded to until the next business day if found to be non-urgent in nature.
We provide scheduled live training sessions for one or more users for $75 per one-hour session. We also provide brand new administrators taking over administration of an organization's website with one complimentary hour of training. In order to schedule your live training session, you must sign into your Dashboard, go to the Support Center, and order it from there.
